Ripitoo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, free license to use our web utilities for personal, educational, commercial, and professional purposes. You are not required to pay fees or create an account to use our core conversion and calculation tools.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Your Files

You retain 100% sole ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all documents, images, text, code, eBooks, and data you process using Ripitoo. Ripitoo asserts zero ownership, licensing, or claims over your input files or generated output files.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse Ripitoo or assist others in doing so. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our hosting infrastructure or server networks.
• Conduct automated denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Use our platform to generate, process, or disseminate unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.
• Bypass or tamper with rate limiters, security headers, or advertising controls.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ripitoo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, calculation accuracy, or non-infringement. While our mathematical, cryptographic, and conversion engines adhere to international standards, you are responsible for verifying critical financial, medical, or legal computations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ripitoo, its operators, contributors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
