1. Client-Side vs. Server-Side Processing Architecture

Unlike traditional cloud utility websites that require uploading your private files to remote servers, Ripitoo executes computations directly on your client hardware:

• Browser-Local Utilities: Over 99% of our 521+ tools operate 100% offline once the page is cached. Files are parsed via standard Web APIs (such as FileReader, Web Audio API, Canvas, and PDF.js). No copy of your file is transmitted over the network or saved to any database.
• Ephemeral Server Processing Safeguards: In rare cases where a computational task exceeds typical browser capabilities or requires specialized server engines, processing is strictly ephemeral. Files are transferred over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections, processed in volatile memory or isolated short-lived temporary directories, and immediately deleted upon job completion or within a maximum lifetime of 10 minutes. No user files are ever stored permanently.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Because operations execute locally, Ripitoo does NOT collect, inspect, harvest, or sell:

• The content, text, or metadata of uploaded PDF, Word, or image files.
• The passwords you generate or evaluate with our password strength checker.
• The financial values, revenue figures, or invoices generated in our business calculators.
• The cryptographic keys, hashes, or encrypted payloads evaluated in our developer suite.

3. Analytics and Performance Measurement (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics, such as total tool views, feature error rates, and conversion completion rates. This telemetry helps our engineering team optimize site speed and identify broken tools.

Our analytics integration strictly implements Google Consent Mode v2 and IP anonymization. We never pass file contents, filenames, email addresses, or document text into any analytics payload.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense

To keep all 521+ utilities completely free without requiring subscriptions or paywalls, Ripitoo displays advertising managed through Google AdSense.

• Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: Depending on your geographic location and consent selection, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. If you decline advertising cookies or choose "Essential Only", Google AdSense is instructed to serve Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) that do not use tracking cookies for ad profiling.
• Opt-Out Options: You may customize or withdraw your consent at any time using our Cookie & Consent Preferences modal, or visit Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info.

5. Local Storage & Cookies

Ripitoo uses your browser’s HTML5 LocalStorage to remember your preferences between sessions:

• ot_theme_pref: Saves your preferred color theme (dark mode or light mode).
• ot_consent_state: Stores your cookie and privacy consent choices.
• ot_favorite_tools: Stores your pinned and favorite utilities locally on your device.
• ot_recent_tools: Stores your recently used tools for fast quick-launch access.
